アプリ「かんたん出席管理・安否確認」

合同会社東雲研究所（Shinonome Laboratory LLC.、以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するモバイルアプリケーション 「かんたん出席管理・安否確認」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の個人情報の取扱いについて、 以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリは、出席確認および安否確認の機能を提供するために、次の情報を取得します。

本アプリは、広告識別子（IDFA）や第三者の解析・広告ツールを利用しておらず、利用者を追跡（トラッキング）しません。
位置情報は、利用者が出席確認を行う操作をした際に、その確認が完了するまでの間に限って取得します。 バックグラウンドでの常時取得や、利用者の行動の継続的な追跡は行いません。 位置情報の利用には、端末上での利用者の許可が必要です。許可はいつでも端末の設定から変更できます。
当社は、取得した情報を、利用者が所属する教育機関等（本アプリの導入元）に対し、 出席・安否確認の目的の範囲で提供します。これらの情報は当該機関における出席管理等に利用されます。 上記を除き、当社は次の場合を除いて個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
取得した情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、または利用者が所属する教育機関が定める期間、保有します。 保有の必要がなくなった情報は、適切な方法で消去します。
利用者は、自己の個人情報について、開示・訂正・利用停止・削除を求めることができます。 本アプリの設定画面「端末をリセット」から登録情報（学籍番号・氏名・端末識別子）を削除できるほか、 下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡いただくことで対応します。
未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者または所属機関の指導・同意のもとでご利用ください。
当社は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。 重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリまたは本ページ上で周知します。
App: “かんたん出席管理・安否確認” (Simple Attendance & Safety Check)

Shinonome Laboratory LLC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the mobile application “かんたん出席管理・安否確認” (Simple Attendance & Safety Check) (the “App”) that we provide.
The App collects the following information in order to provide attendance and safety-check functions.

| Student ID | An identifier used to identify the user. Entered by the user in the App. |
| Name | Used to display and match the attendee. |
| Location (precise) | Collected only while an attendance check is in progress, to confirm presence in the classroom. |
| Device identifier | A unique identifier (UUID) generated by the App per device. Used to prevent impersonation and fraudulent attendance. |
| Attendance / observation data | Observations of the beacon installed in the classroom (received signal strength, detection time, etc.) and attendance records. |
The App does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or any third-party analytics/advertising tools, and does not track users.
Location data is collected only when the user performs an attendance-check action, and only until that check is completed. We do not collect location continuously in the background, nor do we continuously track user behavior. Use of location requires the user’s permission on the device, which can be changed at any time in the device settings.
We provide the collected information to the educational institution or organization to which the user belongs (the entity that has adopted the App), within the scope of attendance and safety-check purposes. Such information is used for attendance management and similar purposes at that institution. Except for the above, we do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
We retain the collected information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, or for the period defined by the educational institution to which the user belongs. Information that no longer needs to be retained is deleted by appropriate means.
Users may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their own personal information. In addition to deleting your registration information (student ID, name, and device identifier) via “Reset device” (端末をリセット) in the App’s settings, we will respond to requests made to the contact below.
If a minor uses the App, please use it under the guidance and consent of a guardian or the relevant institution.
We may revise this Policy in response to changes in laws or in the App’s functions. When we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or on this page.
